This park soon became centre of attraction as well as major landmark of AP Legislative Assembly, Jubilee Hall, AP State Archaeology Museum, Asif Tennis Club, Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, Lalita Kala Thoranam and Jawahar Bal Bhavan that are located inside this park. 3) Botanical Garden: The people who are passionate towards wonderful creations of nature must surely plan to visit “Botanical Gardens” located in Hyderabad near Hi-tech city. 4) Kidwai Garden: “Kidwai Garden” is located in Rajendra nagar on the outskirts of Hyderabad. One can find different varieties of flowers as well as huge trees. It is one of the best picnic and tourist spots where in people desire to spend a holiday quietly amidst nature. 5) Indira Park: “Indira Park” is a newly built park located close to Lower Tank bund of Hyderabad city, which is spread over 76 acres of lush green area, and it lies beside the Hussain Sagar. The park was named after former prime minister of India, Indira Gandhi. Late Faqruddin Ahmed, who served as the president of India in the year 1975, laid the foundation stone for this park and it was in the year 1978 that the Indira Park was opened for the public. 6) Lumbini Park: “Lumbini Park” is another scenic park located adjacent to Hussain Sagar Lake, Hyderabad and geographically is in the heart of the city. It spreads over 7.5 acres of land and has a wonderful lake within the park. This park was constructed in the year 1994 and was the part of Buddha Poornima project under taken by Hyderabad Urban Development Authority. 7) Sanjeevaiah Park: “Sanjeeviah Park” is one of the well-known parks of Hyderabad and is located on the banks of Hussain Sagar Lake, and spread over 99 acres. The main attractions of the “Sanjeevaiah Park” are its beautiful rose and rock gardens. The garden has different colored and exclusive high breed of roses. Once known as lover’s park soon became the first choice and ideal place for localities of all age group and tourists to hangout within twin cities.
