There are many significant temples in Telagana region and one can find most of them in Hyderabad city, one among these is the Katta Maisamma Temple which is located on lower tank bund road, close to Indira Park, in between Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The name of the temple “Katta Maisamma” has two words which justifies the name given to it i.e. Katta and Maisamma, were in katta means a bridge on bund across a lake or river and were as Maisamma is the name of the local deity. | ||||
